I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider, which means I do not participate directly with any insurance plans. I’ve chosen this model to allow for more personalized and comprehensive care, without the administrative constraints and time limitations often imposed by insurance companies.

What does this mean for you?

• You pay me directly at the time of service.

• I will provide you with a superbill, which is a receipt that includes the necessary codes and details for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

• Reimbursement (if any) depends on your specific insurance plan’s out-of-network benefits.

If you’d like to check your out-of-network benefits, you can ask your insurance company:

• Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient psychiatric services?

• Is there a deductible I need to meet first?

• What percentage of the fee is reimbursed?

• Do you require any specific forms or prior authorization?

You may see my name appear in insurance directories as an in-network provider. That reflects my work with a separate employer and is not related to my private practice. My private practice operates independently with a different tax ID number (EIN) and is not affiliated with any insurance network.

The cost of an appointment depends on the type of appointment scheduled.

Adult Evaluation: $550
Adult Follow-up: $275
Child/Adolescent Evaluation: $700
Child/Adolescent Follow-up: $350

In the event of a no- show or late cancel, the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
