I am not in network with insurance, however I provide patients with documentation that they may submit to their insurance company for reimbursement This is also known as a “superbill.”

The cost of an appointment depends on the type of appointment scheduled.

Adult Evaluation: $550
Adult Follow-up: $275
Child/Adolescent Evaluation: $700
Child/Adolescent Follow-up: $350

If an appointment needs to be cancelled, 24 hour notice must be given. In the event of a “no-show” or same day cancellation, patients will be charged for the balance of the appointment.
